Waheeda Shah founded EPHESUS and has served as it’s Director since it’s inception.

It was during her role as Strategy Consultant for Access Consultancy Dubai which has a strategic alliance with Grant Thornton, that she had the opportunity to live and work in Dubai.

She was fortunate enough to experience the real estate boom when the United Arab Emirates started to offer freehold property to Expats and Foreign Investors.

As a result of this insight and the network she formed, the United Arab Emirates developers who she now works with, approached her to work with them to develop their business Globally.
